Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and any included items. Attach the return label provided via email.

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Store credit is available upon request.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing times may vary (additional 5-10 days).

Return Shipping

Free for defective or incorrect items. Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns unless covered by warranty.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees for returns within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Returns

Items covered under manufacturer warranty or our extended warranty plans can be returned at any time during the warranty period. Repair services include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
